My work life consists of teaching and coaching the high school grade level. History is one of my personal enjoyments, which works out well since it is the subject I teach. Besides education and athletics, I’ve been a bit of a farmhand here and there almost my whole life. I lived near the city throughout my college days, but I much prefer the country life and the relative quite that comes with it. The lack of hustle and bustle allows me to more thoroughly enjoy reading.
My reading falls in line with the broad label of all things geeky if it isn’t historical. I am also the proud parent of a miniature Australian Shepherd named Indy or Indiana depending on if he’s in trouble or not. His obsessions consists of frisbees and truck rides.
Writing is also something I’ve always had an interest in and am actively pursuing. Blogging is one avenue of writing that I am currently trying my hand at; therefore, some subjects of the above will most likely fall into my blogging.
